What we collect
When you send a quote request, we collect the service you want, your name, phone number, and, if you give it, your email, farm or company name, field location, acres, crop, product details, timing window, survey deliverables, and any details you add. When you send a game recovery request, we collect your name, phone number, county or GPS pin, time of shot, last known location, landowner permission, and any notes. When you apply to fly with us, we collect your name, phone number, email, city or town, certificate and license status, flight experience, availability, driver's license status, an optional résumé, and any notes you add. Every form also runs a hidden check that helps us catch spam.
Where it's stored
Everything you send us is stored in our Supabase database, hosted in the United States.
Who processes it
We use Supabase for our database and file storage, Resend to send us email notifications, Cloudflare Turnstile to filter spam, Vercel to host this site, and Cloudflare R2 to deliver photos and video.
Résumé files
If you attach a résumé to a pilot application, it's stored in a private file bucket that only ATS staff can reach. Staff open it through a temporary link that expires after 7 days.
How long we keep it
We delete pilot applications 12 months after you apply, unless we hire you. We keep quote and recovery requests for 24 months.
What your browser stores
This site stores a few settings in your browser: your season choice, motion preference, whether you've seen the intro, a 3D capability check, and, if you arrived from a tagged link, that link's campaign tags. None of it identifies you. If you send us a request, the campaign tags go with it so we know which link brought you. We don't set any cookies, and we don't run analytics yet.
